At It's A Dream Smoke Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and within the 14-day return window. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used glassware and consumables cannot be returned.

Email our support team with your order number and clear photos of the item. If the product is defective, please include a brief video demonstrating the issue.
Pack and Ship
Once your return is authorized, securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit. Affix the provided return label or ship to the address specified by our team.
Inspection and Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be processed for store credit or a replacement within 3-5 business days.
